A11VO Series Hydraulic Pump Working Principle:

Core structure: "Forged cylinder block-9 pistons-spherical slippers-adjustable swashplate"; pistons elastically fit swashplate via spherical slippers (fitness ≥98%); valve plate with bimetal layer (bronze base + steel back), integrated anti-cavitation grooves and unloading grooves to reduce pressure impact.​

① Oil suction/discharge: Drive shaft rotates cylinder block → pistons reciprocate with swashplate angle (0°-20°) → sealed cavity volume alternates → valve plate completes suction-discharge cycle; ② Variable control: Load-sensing type adjusts swashplate angle via load pressure signal (response ≤0.2s), proportional control type drives proportional valve via PLC signal, manual type adjusts directly via mechanical rod; ③ Safety protection: Built-in relief valve (set pressure 420bar), unloads pressure within 0.1s under overload.​
