4535V Series Hydraulic Variable Axial Piston Pump Working Principle:

With "rotor-vane-elliptical cam ring" as core cartridge, rotor connects to drive shaft via spline, 10 vanes slide radially in rotor slots; bimetallic flexible side plates fit rotor end face, pressured by high-pressure cavity for hydrostatic balance, reducing friction loss.​① Oil suction: Rotor rotation drives vanes to fit cam ring via centrifugal/spring force, cavity between vanes expands with eccentric trajectory to suck oil under negative pressure; ② Oil discharge: Cavity shrinks to pressurize oil, output via side ports; ③ Bidirectional adaptation: Shaft rotation (CW/CCW) switchable by rotating pump cover, oil port position unchanged.​
