1.Fluid Management: Hydraulic oil must meet NAS 10 cleanliness standards, with viscosity maintained between 20-300 cSt. Replace oil every 2000-3000 hours, simultaneously replacing the 25μm precision filter element.

2.Regular Inspections: Weekly checks for leaks or abnormal noises. Monthly measurement of operating temperature (maintain between 30-60°C). Disassemble and inspect wear-prone components like vanes and seals every 5000 hours, replacing worn parts promptly.
3.Shutdown Maintenance: For extended shutdowns (over 1 month), drain all oil from the pump or inject rust-preventive oil. Before restarting, fill with fresh oil and manually rotate the shaft 3-5 turns to purge air and prevent dry running.

4.Environmental Requirements: Keep away from heat sources and equipment with strong vibrations. Ensure the installation environment is well-ventilated to prevent pump corrosion and motor moisture ingress.
