Solenoid valve features
The electromagnetic valve is an automatic basic element used to control the direction of the fluid, belonging to the actuator; Usually used for mechanical control and industrial valves to control the medium, thereby achieving control of valve switches.
working principle
The solenoid valve has a closed chamber with through holes at different positions, each of which leads to a different oil pipe. In the middle of the chamber is a valve, and on both sides are two electromagnets. The solenoid coil on which side is energized will be attracted to which side of the valve body. By controlling the valve body to block or leak out different oil discharge holes, while the oil inlet hole is normally open, the hydraulic oil will have different oil discharge pipes, and then the pressure of the oil will push the cylinder and drive the rod, The rod drives the mechanical device to move. In this way, the mechanical movement is controlled by controlling the current of the electromagnet.
