For multiple actuators: the pressure compensator must balance the load of other channels in addition to compensating for the change of the load of this channel. When the extreme load increases, the hydraulic resistance of the pressure compensator in other channels increases except for the reduction of the hydraulic resistance of the pressure compensator in this channel. If the load change is not extreme, it will only cause the change of pressure compensator in this channel, and it will not affect the pressure compensator in other channels. This realizes that the flow distribution at the pump outlet is only related to the size of the control liquid resistance of each channel.
The pressure compensator works by consuming excess pressure. In other words, if there is no excess pressure to consume, the pressure compensator cannot work normally, that is, the valve port is fully open (the pump flow is saturated).
