LT 06 Series Hydraulic Cartridge Brake Valve Application Scenarios

This LT06 accumulator charging valve is designed for hydraulic brake accumulator circuits of mobile working machinery. It maintains a stable preset pressure of 150 bar inside the brake accumulator, automatically supplementing oil when pressure drops below the set threshold and stopping charging once the target pressure is reached. It integrates charging, pressure holding and brake locking functions for safety brake circuits.

It is widely fitted on reach stackers (container stackers) and other port handling equipment, as well as a broad range of construction and mobile hydraulic machines including forklifts, wheel loaders, forestry machines, agricultural machinery and municipal special vehicles.

During normal operation, control oil opens the valve port to charge the brake circuit and release the hydraulic motor brake for equipment travel and lifting actions. When system pressure is lost or the machine stops, the valve resets rapidly to seal the oil circuit, locking the hydraulic motor to prevent load sliding, rolling away or accidental descent. It provides fail-safe holding protection for travel and hoisting loads, complying with mobile machinery safety requirements.
