The main reasons are that the locking device is loose, the throttle port is partially blocked, the oil temperature rises, the small differential pressure between the inlet and outlet chambers is too low, and the inlet and outlet chambers are connected reversely. When the oil flow reversely passes through the speed regulating valve, the pressure reducing valve has no pressure compensation effect on the throttle valve, making the speed regulating valve become a throttle valve. Therefore, when the oil pressure in the oil inlet and outlet chambers changes, the flow rate that flows through them will change, resulting in unstable flow rates. Therefore, when using, it is necessary to pay attention to the position of the oil inlet and outlet cavities to avoid reverse connection.

When the flow regulation fails to regulate the throttle part, the flow of the oil outlet chamber does not change. The main reasons are the radial jamming of the valve core and the failure of the throttle part. When the pressure reducing valve core or throttle valve core is in the fully closed position, radial jamming will cause the adjustment of the throttle opening without changing the flow rate of the oil outlet chamber. When the throttle adjusting part fails, the adjusting screw cannot move axially, and the flow rate of the oil outlet chamber does not change. In case of stuck valve core or failure of throttle adjustment part, cleaning and maintenance shall be carried out.
