    Danfoss MCV Series Hydraulic Control Valve Working Principle:

    1.Core Structure:Composed of base valve block, functional cartridges (directional valve, pressure valve, flow valve), control module, seal assembly and feedback mechanism, adopting modular stacking design to flexibly combine functional modules according to system requirements.​
    2.Control Mechanism:The pilot valve is driven by control signals (electrical/hydraulic signals) to change the pressure difference at both ends of the main valve spool, pushing the main spool to displace, realizing oil circuit on-off, flow regulation or pressure control; the electro-hydraulic proportional type converts electrical signals into mechanical displacement through proportional solenoid, precisely controlling spool opening to achieve stepless regulation of flow/pressure.​
    3.Pressure Compensation & Stability:Built-in pressure compensation valve real-time senses system pressure changes, automatically adjusts spool throttling area to maintain stable flow, avoiding the impact of load fluctuations on control accuracy; integrated relief protection function automatically relieves pressure when overpressure occurs to protect system safety.​
    4.Leakage Control:The spool adopts precision grinding process, combined with composite seal structure to reduce internal leakage; the valve block joint surface adopts gasket + O-ring double seal to prevent external leakage and improve system efficiency.​
    5.Intelligent Adaptation:Compatible with Danfoss hydraulic control system linkage, some models integrate pressure/flow sensors to real-time feedback working condition data, realizing closed-loop control and fault diagnosis.
