The main performance indicators of the one-way valve are the small opening pressure in the forward direction, the pressure loss in the forward flow and the reverse leakage.

1. Positive small opening pressure

The positive small opening pressure refers to the small pressure at the oil inlet when the valve core is just opened. When used as a one-way valve or backpressure valve, the positive small opening pressure varies greatly due to different spring systems.

2. Positive flow pressure loss

The pressure loss of forward flow refers to the pressure drop generated when the check valve passes the rated flow. The pressure loss includes the opening pressure loss and the flow loss of liquid flow caused by spring force and friction. In order to reduce pressure loss, check valve with small opening pressure can be selected
