Proportional Directional Control Valve E-RI-TE-01H/I 41 /DH04SA Amplifier For Proportional Valve Made In Italy

The valve is driven by a handle, which drives the valve rod and cam to rotate. The cam has the function of positioning, driving, and locking the opening and closing of the sealing assembly. When the handle is rotated counterclockwise, the two sets of sealing components close the two channels at the lower end under the action of the cam, and the two channels at the upper end are respectively connected to the inlet of the pipeline device. On the contrary, the two channels at the upper end are closed, and the two channels at the lower end are connected to the inlet of the pipeline device, achieving non-stop reversing. 1 Upper valve cover 2 Handle 3 Valve rod 4 Cam 5 Seal assembly 6 Valve cover 7 Valve body

The main performance of atos atos reversing valve is mainly related to electromagnetic valve projects, which mainly includes the following items: 1. Working reliability refers to whether the electromagnetic iron can reliably reverse after being powered on, and whether it can reliably reset after being powered off. The solenoid valve can only operate normally within a certain flow and pressure range. The limit of this operating range is called the commutation limit. 2. Pressure Loss Due to the small opening of the solenoid valve, a large pressure loss occurs when liquid flows through the valve port. 3. Internal leakage: At various working positions, under the specified working pressure, the leakage from the high-pressure chamber to the low-pressure chamber is the internal leakage. Excessive internal leakage will not only reduce the efficiency of the system and cause overheating, but also affect the normal operation of the actuator. 4. Commutation and reset time: The commutation time of the AC solenoid valve is generally 0.03-0.05s, and the commutation impact is large; The commutation time of the DC solenoid valve is 0.1 to 0.3 seconds, and the commutation impact is small. Generally, the reset time is slightly longer than the commutation time. 5. Commutation frequency Commutation frequency is the number of commutations allowed by the valve per unit time. Currently, the commutation frequency of solenoid valves with a single electromagnet is generally 60 times/min. 6. Service life The service life of a solenoid valve mainly depends on the electromagnet. Wet electromagnets have a longer lifespan than dry electromagnets, while DC electromagnets have a longer lifespan than AC electromagnets. 7. Hydraulic clamping phenomenon of slide valves: Hydraulic clamping phenomenon of slide valves is not only found in directional valves, but also common in other hydraulic valves, especially in high-pressure systems. Especially, the longer the dwell time of the slide valve, the greater the hydraulic clamping force, resulting in the thrust of the moving slide valve (such as the electromagnet thrust) not being able to overcome the clamping resistance, making the slide valve unable to reset.
