Series 0 variable displacement pumps can be combined with Series 90 motors or other types of hydraulic products to form a hydraulic drive system to achieve fluid transmission and control. Series 90 products are mainly used in closed systems.
The 90 series variable displacement pumps are compact, high power density hydraulic components. The design concept uses a parallel arrangement of axial pistons and slippers, and changes the piston stroke through a tiltable swash plate to achieve pump displacement changes. The direction of the oil at the pump outlet changes with the direction of the swash plate, thereby achieving forward/reverse steering switching of the motor output shaft.
The integrated makeup pump on the 90 series pump provides the system with supplemental hydraulic oil, cooling oil, and pressure oil required for control. A series of auxiliary mounting flanges can be selected on the rear end cover of the pump to meet the requirements for string pumps in relevant applications. Various control methods are available to meet the specific control requirements of different systems (manual control, electronic control, and hydraulic control).
The 90 series motor design concept also uses parallel arrangement of axial pistons/slippers, with fixed or variable swash plates. The motor can realize bidirectional rotation; The motor can be optionally equipped with a circuit flushing valve to achieve circulating cooling, cleaning, and filtering of the hydraulic oil working in the closed circuit.
