Rexroth A10VG series variable displacement pump characteristics

The Rexroth A10VG series variable displacement pump is an axial piston variable displacement pump with a swash plate structure, used for hydrostatic transmission in closed circuits.

2.2 The flow rate is proportional to the drive speed and displacement, and can be adjusted steplessly.

2.3 The output flow rate increases as the swash plate swing angle increases from zero to the maximum value.

The swash plate can smoothly change the direction of liquid flow by swinging it over the middle position.

2.5 The highly versatile control block provides various control and adjustment functions.

2.6 Each high-pressure side is equipped with two overflow valves to prevent overloading of the hydrostatic transmission (pump and motor).

2.7 The overflow valve also has the function of an oil replenishing valve.

2.8 The built-in make-up oil pump is used as the oil supply and control pump.
