Common faults of REXROTH plunger pump
Insufficient or no output flow of hydraulic pump:
Insufficient intake. The reason is that the resistance of the suction pipe is too large or the replenishment amount is insufficient.
The leakage is too large. The pump clearance is too large, which is caused by poor sealing. When the oil drain plate is scratched by metal debris, iron, etc., the end surface leaks oil, the one-way valve sealing surface of the variable displacement mechanism is not suitable, and the supporting surfaces of the pump body and oil drain plate have sand holes or research marks. The damaged part of the pump can be determined by checking for foreign matters mixed in the hydraulic oil in the pump body.
The swash plate tilt is too small and the pump displacement is small, so it is necessary to adjust the variable piston to increase the swash plate tilt.
