G5 series high pressure gear pump is a kind of three piece structure, which is mainly composed of front cover, intermediate, back cover and a pair of gears. Both front and rear covers are equipped with two DU composite bearings. The rear cover is equipped with a pressure plate, which can automatically compensate the axial clearance and balance the radial pressure during operation, ensuring the reliable operation of the gear pump.

G5 series high pressure gear pump is divided into two structural forms: with front bearing and without front bearing. The gear pump with front bearing can bear certain radial force and axial force.
