Pneumatic operation
The operation mode of using pneumatic force to obtain axial force to make the valve core move quickly and change direction is called pneumatic operation.
It can be divided into pressure control, pressure relief control, differential pressure control and time control according to the way of applying pressure.
By control mode
Air pressure control: the valve that uses the air pressure to switch the main valve core and change the direction of the air flow is called the air pressure control reversing valve, or the air control valve for short. The valve is safe and reliable in the flammable, explosive, humid and dusty working environment. It can be divided into pressure control, pressure relief control, differential pressure control and time delay control according to different control methods.
Pressurization control means that the input control air pressure rises gradually, and when the pressure rises to a certain value, the valve is switched. This control mode is the most commonly used control mode in pneumatic system, which can be divided into single pneumatic control and dual pneumatic control.
Pressure relief control means that the input control air pressure is gradually reduced, and the valve will be switched when the pressure drops to a certain value.
Differential pressure control makes use of the difference between the effective areas of the two ends of the valve core affected by air pressure and the force generated under the action of air pressure to switch the valve.
Time delay control is to use air flow to inflate the air chamber after throttling through small holes or gaps. When the pressure in the air chamber rises to a certain value, the valve will be switched to achieve the purpose of signal delay output
