AZPU series gear pump displacement method:
The enclosed area of the displacement gear pair is coordinated with the rotation mode of the transmission shaft, thus forming the flow characteristic curve (schematic) in the left figure. In a standard hydraulic pump, paired gears will oscillate once on this characteristic curve every time they mesh. After adopting the double tooth surface structure, the flow pulsation of this silent pump was reduced by 75% - correspondingly, the flow pulsation on downstream system components was also reduced - and the new frequency was equal to twice the base frequency. During this process, the gear pair presents a smaller backlash on the rear tooth surface, providing hydraulic sealing not only on the front tooth surface of the passive gear, but also on the rear tooth surface. In this way, liquid flow discharge is alternately generated on the front and rear tooth surfaces. Moreover, by adjusting the shape of the measuring slot, the hydraulic action line can be extended to half of the standard hydraulic pump.

AZPU series gear pump structure:
This external gear pump is mainly composed of a pair of gears supported on bearing bushings or bearings (depending on the different series), and a pump housing equipped with a front cover and a rear cover. The drive shaft extends outward from the front cover of the pump and is sealed with a shaft sealing ring. The supporting forces on the bearings are absorbed by specialized sliding bearings; Due to the sufficient elastic force of sliding bearings, surface contact is formed instead of linear contact. As a result, the excellent wear resistance of the pump is also ensured, especially during low-speed operation. This pair of gears has 12 teeth each, which can maintain the minimum flow pulsation and noise generated by the gear pump

Internal sealing is achieved through compensating forces, which are proportional to the output pressure. By utilizing this compensation method, optimal efficiency can be ensured. By inputting working pressure to the rear of the bearing liner, the sealing area between the gear teeth and the bearing can be controlled. These specialized seals form the boundary of this area. For these radial clearances at the top of the gear teeth, sealing is achieved by pushing the gear towards the internal force of the pump casing.
