1. Service conditions

A. Oil temperature: The normal operating temperature of A2F series pumps/motors is generally between - 25 ℃ and 80 ℃, and * does not exceed 90 ℃. When the temperature is lower than 10 ℃, heating measures should be taken.

B. Medium viscosity: The viscosity range for working media should be between 16 and 43 mm2/s (centiliter cell). When the seasonal temperature difference is too large to meet the viscosity requirements, the working medium should be replaced.

C. Oil filtering accuracy: The oil filtering accuracy shall be 5-10 um and not exceed 25 um.

The common working pressure of the pump/motor should not exceed the rated value, and the recommended common working speed should not exceed 60% of the * value. The instantaneous value should not exceed the * value. Generally, the continuous use should not exceed 1 minute, and the cumulative working time of each shift should not exceed 10%.

The allowable pressure for oil leakage in the inner cavity of the housing is 0.1Mpa.
