Replace Paker F11 Series Hydraulic Motor Working Principle:
1.Core Structure:Composed of cylinder block, plungers, swashplate, port plate, output shaft and pressure compensation mechanism, adopting axial piston energy conversion design to realize efficient transformation from hydraulic energy to mechanical energy based on Pascal's principle.
2.Power Transmission Mechanism:High-pressure hydraulic oil enters the cylinder block plunger cavity through the port plate, pushing the plungers to reciprocate along the swashplate inclined plane. The mechanical interaction between plungers and swashplate drives the cylinder block to rotate, thereby driving the output shaft to output torque; the swashplate inclination angle is fixed (fixed-displacement motor), torque is proportional to system pressure, and speed is proportional to input flow.
3.Distribution & Compensation:The port plate adopts a double-acting structure to precisely control the inlet and outlet timing of hydraulic oil, avoiding pressure impact; the built-in pressure compensation valve automatically balances system pressure fluctuations, protects the contact surface between plungers and swashplate, and improves operational stability.
4.Brake Adaptation Design:The enhanced type (F11) reserves a brake interface, which can integrate a wet brake to achieve shutdown self-locking, suitable for heavy-load working conditions (such as crane slewing, construction machinery travel).
5.Sealing Guarantee:The composite seal structure is suitable for high-pressure working conditions, preventing internal and external leakage of hydraulic oil, while reducing friction loss and extending service life.
