Speed control valve: the speed control valve is a throttle valve with pressure compensation. It is composed of constant differential pressure reducing valve and throttle valve in series. The pressure in front of and behind the throttle valve is respectively led to the right and left ends of the pressure reducing valve core. When the load pressure increases, the hydraulic pressure acting on the left end of the pressure reducing valve core increases, the valve core moves to the right, the pressure reducing port increases, and the pressure drop decreases, so that the differential pressure of the throttle valve remains unchanged; vice versa. In this way, the flow of the speed control valve is constant. When the load pressure changes, the differential pressure between the inlet and outlet of the throttle valve can be kept as a fixed value. In this way, no matter how the load pressure changes, the speed control valve can keep the flow through the throttle valve unchanged after the throttle area is set, so that the motion speed of the actuator is stable.

The overflow pressure reducing valve depressurizes by the throttling action of the air inlet, and stabilizes the pressure by the balancing action of the force on the diaphragm and the overflow action of the overflow hole; The output pressure can be changed within a certain range by adjusting the spring. To prevent a small amount of gas from the above overflow type pressure reducing valve from polluting the surrounding environment, a pressure reducing valve without an overflow valve (i.e., a common pressure reducing valve) can be used.
