4WE Series 4WE Hydraulic Solenoid Directional Electromagnetic Valve Working Principle:

With "valve body-spool-electromagnetic drive" as core structure, the valve body has precision oil passages (cast internal channel design); the spool controls on-off via shoulder-oil passage fit; adopts wet-type solenoid drive, armature moves in hydraulic oil for buffering, heat dissipation and wear reduction, improving commutation reliability.

① Power-off state: Spool stays at initial position under return spring (2-position valve: normally closed/open; 3-position valve: neutral), oil passages on-off as preset by spool function (e.g., O-type closed, M-type unloaded); ② Power-on state: Coil energizes to generate electromagnetic force, overcoming spring force to push spool axially (positioning accuracy ≤0.1mm), changing shoulder-oil passage alignment to switch connections between pressure port (P), working ports (A/B) and return port (T); ③ Power-off reset: Electromagnetic force disappears, spring drives spool back to initial oil passage state.
