Features of the D91 Valve

The D91 proportional valve not only replaces the D81 valve but also eliminates several other components on the hydraulic system. Items that are replaced or eliminated by the new valve include; the mixer ramp card, ramp card socket, LVDT assembly, LVDT cable, and both coil cable connectors. Reducing these additional components simplifies the hydraulic system by decreasing potential items for failure and easing the troubleshooting process. Installation will consist of removing the original valve and replacing it with the D91 unit. Wiring the proportional valve to the mixer j-box is done with a 12 conductor interface cable using 8 of the conductors. Wires on the interface cable are labeled and will need to be landed on the corresponding terminal strip in the mixer junction box. Installation can be done in less than two hours.
