Parker D1VW Series Hydraulic Directional Control Valve Working Principle:
1. Core Structure: Composed of valve body, spool valve core, solenoid coil, return spring, seal assembly and optional position sensor, adopting spool valve directional structure, changing hydraulic oil path through spool displacement.
2. Directional Control: When the solenoid coil is energized, the generated electromagnetic force overcomes the elastic force of the return spring, pushing the spool valve core to move axially along the valve body, switching the path between the oil inlet, oil outlet and working port, and driving actuators such as oil cylinders and hydraulic motors.
3. Reset & Holding: For spring return valves, after power failure, the return spring pushes the spool back to the initial position, and the path switches automatically; for electromagnetic holding valves, the spool is positioned by alternating energization of dual coils, maintaining the current position after power failure.
4. Auxiliary Protection: Built-in flow compensation groove to reduce directional impact; high-precision seal structure prevents internal and external leakage of hydraulic oil; anti-pollution spool design can adapt to hydraulic media with slightly poor cleanliness and reduce failure probability.
5. Intelligent Monitoring (Optional): Models with position feedback function collect real-time spool position signals through sensors, feed them back to the controller, realize closed-loop monitoring of directional status, and alarm in time when abnormal.
