1. According to the support mode of the pump body
1) Suspension type: there is a pump foot under the pump body, which is fixed on the bottom base, and the bearing body is suspended at one end.
2) Bracket type: the lower part of the bearing body is fixed on the base, and the pump body is lifted by the bearing body and suspended at one end.
3) Center supported type: both sides of the pump body are fixed on the base on the horizontal plane passing through the shaft center.
2.. Vane pump with special structure
1) Submersible pump: the motor driving the pump is directly connected with the pump in the same axis and placed in the water for use. It is electromechanical, simple in structure and can be used
Convenient.
2) Tubular pump: the pump body is equipped with motor and other driving devices.
3) Shielded pump: the pump is directly connected with the motor (sharing a shaft), and the inner side of the motor stator is equipped with a shield sleeve to prevent liquid from entering the stator.
4) Magnetic pump: the motor drives the external magnetic steel to rotate. The magnetic steel of the internal SG type pipeline booster pump connected with the pump impeller rotates through magnetic induction. There is an isolation sleeve between the internal and external magnetic steel, which completely leaks * * * liquid.
5) Self priming pump: a pump that does not need to be filled with water when the pump is started again.
6) Pipeline pump: as a part of the pipeline, it can be installed without changing the pipeline.
The structure of a typical vane pump is shown in the figure below.
7) Non clogging pump: When pumping solid substances contained in liquid, it will not cause blockage in the pump. The structure of the impeller mainly includes single flow
Channel, double channel, swirl type, spiral centrifugal type, etc.
