Introduction to Nachi UVN Vane Pump:
1. The running direction should rotate to the right (i.e. clockwise) from the fan side of the motor
During startup, the discharge measurement of the pump should be kept in a no-load state, and the inching of the motor should be repeatedly operated to suck oil into the pump while exhausting the air in the pump and suction pipe
For circuits that are difficult to exhaust air during start-up, an exhaust valve needs to be installed
4. The peak pressure (set pressure surge pressure) during operation shall be kept below 14MPa
If the peak pressure exceeds 14MPa, it is necessary to configure a surge cutoff safety valve in the circuit test
