Replace Danfoss H1B Series Hydraulic Motor Working Principle:
1. Power Transmission: The motor drives the pump shaft to rotate, driving the cylinder block and pistons to rotate synchronously; under the action of centrifugal force and return plate, the pistons are always closely attached to the swashplate;
2. Oil Suction and Discharge Process: As the cylinder block rotates, the pistons perform reciprocating linear motion under the action of the swashplate; when the piston extends outward, the volume of the piston cavity increases to form negative pressure, and hydraulic oil is sucked in through the oil suction port; when the piston retracts inward, the volume of the piston cavity decreases, the oil is compressed, and high-pressure oil is discharged through the oil discharge port;
3. Variable Regulation: The tilt angle of the swashplate is changed through a variable mechanism (load-sensing/pressure-compensated/electro-hydraulic proportional); the larger the swashplate angle, the longer the piston stroke, and the larger the pump output displacement; on the contrary, the smaller the displacement, realizing stepless regulation of flow;
4. Pressure Control: When the system pressure reaches the set value, the pressure compensation valve acts to push the variable mechanism to adjust the swashplate angle and reduce the output displacement; when the load changes, the load-sensing valve senses the demand in real time and dynamically adjusts the flow to ensure stable system pressure.
