DB type relief valve:

The valve is mainly composed of pilot valve and main valve, and the pressure oil in chamber A acts on the lower end of main valve core (1) at the same time. When the system pressure exceeds the set pressure of pilot valve spring (8), the cone valve (6) is opened. At the same time, the main valve element The pressure oil at the upper end flows back to chamber B (control oil internal discharge type) through damper (3), passage (5), spring chamber (9) and passage (10). Or it flows back to the oil tank (control oil discharge type) through the external drain port (11). In this way, when the pressure oil passes through the damping (2) and (3), a pressure difference will be generated on the main valve core (1), and the main valve core will open under this pressure difference. At this time, the pressure oil will flow from chamber A to chamber B for unloading under the set pressure. The external control port "X" (1 3) can also be used to control unloading.

DBW relief valve:

The DBW relief valve is mainly composed of a 5-way two position three-way solenoid valve, a pilot valve and a main valve. Its working principle is basically the same as that of DB type, but the difference is that it can unload the system at any time through the solenoid valve (14).

DB/DBW valves are equipped with external control oil supply port "x" (1 3) and external discharge port (11). In this way, different combinations can be selected as required:
