The main characteristics of the M hydraulic motor are as follows: 1. Because there is no lateral force between the piston and the swing cylinder, the piston bottom is designed to be statically balanced, and the torque is transmitted between the piston and the crankshaft through rolling bearings, reducing friction losses during force transmission. Therefore, the GM series hydraulic motors have High mechanical efficiency and high starting torque (mechanical efficiency above 0.92 during starting). 2. The planar valve (patented technology) is simple and reliable, with good sealing performance and little leakage. The plastic piston ring is used to seal between the piston and the swing cylinder without leakage, so it has a high volumetric efficiency (up to 0.98). 3. Due to the reduced friction loss and improved sealing performance in structure, the low speed stability is very good, and it can operate smoothly at 1 r/min working condition, with a wide speed range. 4. Because the piston and bearing sleeve are firmly attached through the snap ring without any clearance, this series of hydraulic motors can operate under pump conditions. 5. This series of hydraulic motors have high pressure, light weight, small size, and high specific power. 6. Due to its simple structure, reasonable design, and the use of bearings with high load capacity, it is reliable in operation, long in life, and low in noise.
